Under the leadership of Mr. Dhirendra Vyas, the esteemed Owner, we have carved a niche in the international market. With his vast experience and strong vision, we are constantly touching great heights in the business.Â
Our Mines :
We and our associated companies have four mines. As per our industrial experience, there are enough variations in Talc from a single mine, which do not allow us to guarantee the uniformity of the product based on single mine. This natural variation is expected to remain, because of geological reasons. The area in which we are mining is selected on the basis of its flexible nature, which allows us to manage variations that are likely to be encountered during mining.Â
Quality Assurance :
All our endeavors are undertaken to deliver the best quality Minerals to the clients. Firstly, the mined Mineral is first hand sorted and dressed to remove objectionable impurities and graded according to whiteness and size of lump at mines. Grades at pit head are staked separately. In addition, we have advanced testing facility that checks all the stakes, which are sampled, against diverse chemical or physical parameter as per demand; also, we have earned respect and trust of the clients by catering to their specific packaging requests. Owing to our vast experience and adoption of new mining techniques, we are able to deliver premium Minerals to the clients.
Our Processing Technique :
Material Received from mine is hand sorted based on lump size and visible impurities at the processing plant. Sorted material is washed and crushed. The finer visible impurities, if any, are removed from crushed material. Crushed material is blended volumetrically according to the requirement. The blended material is passed through a secondary crusher, which, in addition to crushing will also homogenize the blend. A small portion of the blended material is ground to check all the quality parameters required by the customers. If required, blend is balanced by adding additional material. The standards so arrived are meticulously maintained for subsequent production.
